This is a fun event and we want to avoid any barriers preventing you from entering, so please get in touch if you need any coaching, help guidance or advice. Particularly if you are new to open water swimming or entering events. Ideally, you can swim 200 meters continuously but still get in touch if you can’t as there may be ways we can help. We will look at: what you want to achieve; kit without breaking the bank and using it; getting in and out; staying safe in open water, acclimatisation and warming up after; and we will assess your swimming style and offer suggestions if you are looking to improve or enjoy it more.
With your safety paramount, we can offer coaching to individuals or small groups so you can enter our events with confidence.
