We all have good and bad days but can what we eat and drink also influence how we feel? Explore the latest research showing how nutrition can have a surprising impact and pick up some genuine mood-boosting, stress-reducing and energy enhancing tips to put into practice!
Our speaker is Sue Baic MSc RD who is a Bristol based registered dietitian and co-author of the bestselling book Nutrition For Dummies. Sue has worked in the field for over 30 years and has a special interest in the interactions between diet and psychology.
The talk is at Clevedon Sailing Club, The Beach, Clevedon BS21 7QU.
